Shipping Policy

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WORLDWIDE!

Please read below for all details related to shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, and other useful information.

1. Shipping Origins & Warehouses

Our offices are in the US and UK, and our factories are in China. Your order may be shipped from our warehouses in China, the United States, or the United Kingdom to its final destination. We ship from the warehouse that has your item(s) in stock to ensure the fastest delivery. 

2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping Time: Most orders are received within 35-55 business days (approximately 4-8 weeks) after purchase.

  • Changes to Delivery Date: We, or our delivery partners, will notify you of any reasonable changes to the estimated delivery date due to events outside our control. If we cannot deliver your products within 90 days, we will notify you, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.

3. Need It Faster? Expedited Shipping

We cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date with standard shipping. If you need your order sooner, we can expedite the shipment via DHL or FedEx.

  • Expedited Timeframe: As early as 10-20 days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Additional fees apply. Please contact us for a custom quote.

5. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address.

  • If an address change is necessary, the shipping carrier (e.g., Postal Parcel, EMS) will charge a modification fee and potential redelivery costs. If we assist you with this change, we will invoice you for these fees. If you change the address directly and the carrier bills us, we will also invoice you for the exact amount charged.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If your package is marked "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. It is your responsibility to contact the carrier and request a "trace" on the package within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

  • If the package is confirmed lost: We will send a replacement free of charge.

  • If the package is returned to us due to being lost, stolen, or misdelivered and then found, re-delivery is a paid service. We will charge the actual shipping cost based on the package size and weight.

7. Failure to Receive Delivery / Undeliverable Packages

  • If delivery is attempted and failed (e.g., no one was available to sign, wrong address), the carrier will hold the package locally before returning it to us. They charge us a return fee.

  • If this happens, we will contact you. You may choose to:

    • Have the package reshipped: We will invoice you for the return fee plus the new shipping cost.

    • Receive a refund: A refund will be issued for the product cost, minus a 30% restocking fee to cover lost shipping and packaging costs.

  • You must respond to our contact within 30 days of the item being returned to us.

8. Handling, Production & Import Fees

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing and production, as many of our products are made or assembled to order.

  • Import Taxes & VAT (Very Important): Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Customs Tip: To help minimize customs fees for customers in Canada, UK, Belgium, Poland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, and Hungary, please ensure you select the standard shipping channel.

9. Shipping Destinations & Exclusions

We currently ship to many countries, including but not limited to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Spain, Turkey, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Norway, Finland, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Russia, and many countries in Asia.

We do not ship to the following regions:

  • All African Countries

  • All South American Countries

  • Various excluded countries (e.g., Afghanistan, Armenia, Bangladesh, Iraq, Nepal, Oman, Yemen, and many Pacific Island nations).
